2025 NAACP Image Awards Celebrates Black Excellence with Honorees Doechii, Jamie Foxx, Beyoncé And More

Here we go … The 2025 NAACP Image Awards are back, in full swing, honoring the remarkable contributions of Black artists, activists, and influencers in a week-long tribute to excellence. While the final awards will be revealed during the live broadcast on Saturday, February 22, a number of prestigious winners have already been named, including stars like Blue Ivy Carter, Marlon Wayans, Keke Palmer, Dawn Porter, Jamie Foxx, Doechii, Beyoncé, and Kendrick Lamar.

Get this, at this year’s distinguished honorees include former Vice President Kamala Harris, who will receive the Chairman’s Award; comedian Dave Chappelle, who will be recognized with the President’s Award; and the BET Media Group, which will take home the Founders Award. The Wayans Family will also be inducted into the NAACP Hall of Fame, celebrating their longstanding contributions to entertainment.

What is billed as a star-studded live ceremony, it is hosted by comedian Deon Cole, and will feature award presentations by notable figures such as Aldis Hodge, Chlöe, Don Cheadle, Gabrielle Union, and Taraji P. Henson, among others. Musical performances will include Ledisi alongside the Adam Blackstone Band, while D-Nice will host a special tribute to the legendary Quincy Jones.
