50 Cent got into his petty bag to embarrass Ja Rule at past concerts.
The rapper and business mogul was a guest on Los Angeles radio program Big Boy's Neighborhood on Monday (December 10), and while discussing the Drake-Kendrick Lamar feud, he was reminded of his long-running beef with Ja.
Around the 29-minute mark of the video below, Big Boy flat-out asked Fif if he "really bought Ja Rule tickets," like he's claimed in the past.
"I did," Fifty admitted. "Because they were cheap tickets. The tickets were very affordable. They was on Stub Hub. ... but the first four rows."
He added that buying the concert tickets was simply "something to do" for him. "I looked at it, I said, 'Yo, I just want you to feel like you gotta reach the people," Fif joked while outstretching his arm. "They're like four, five rows back."
While the tickets were "not that big of a sacrifice" to Fif's wallet, he added that he's previously "bought things that don't mean shit" to him.
"That was fun," he concluded. "That was like watching ... let me see the show and see the spaces are empty because they are reserved for someone else."
In a 2018 Instagram post, per CBS, the "Beep Beep" rapper alleged that he'd bought 200 Ja Rule concert tickets in Arlington, Texas, worth $3,000 on Groupon. To Ja's embarrassment, Fifty just wanted to keep the seats empty. The former Murder Inc. rapper responded by joking that he gets under Fif's "skin."
In April, Fifty would co-sign Chris Brown's alleged buying out of a Quavo show, in what appeared to be thousands of tickets for a concert in Connecticut.
"Oh this shit getting different," Fifty wrote on an Instagram post of the concert. "I know [ninja emoji]'s tight. LOL."
