The 70-year-old was supposed to return to the stage as part of his Antmusic Tour this year.
Adam was due to perform on stage in various locations across the UK in 2024, but now the tour will be taking part in autumn 2025.
It will start on October 23 2025.
There are also six new dates for fans to enjoy in Bournemouth, Cardiff, Basingstoke, Watford, Portsmouth and Milton Keynes.
In a statement, Adam said: "Performing live brings me such personal joy.
"I’m now feeling fine and dandy and very much looking forward to these new shows.
