Off and on! 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days couple Loren Allen and Faith Gatoc confirmed that they’re back together following their season 7 split.
Faith, 30, told host Shaun Robinson that she and Loren, 33, were in a relationship again during the season 7 tell-all on Sunday, January 12. However, the couple seemed to disagree on whether or not they were engaged again. While Loren said they did get engaged a second time, Faith confirmed that she didn’t have a ring. According to Loren, the ring was stolen while it was being shipped to the Philippines native.
“[Loren and I are] getting back together, but not engaged,” Faith said, becoming emotional as she explained how difficult it has been for her because of how much she loves Loren. “I think it’s very hard to fight to accept for who I am because you know, I’m a lady boy.”
Loren revealed that although there was a “one-month period” after his split from Faith where they didn’t talk, they eventually returned to talking “every single day” and got “back to normal.”
Loren and Faith called it quits during the December 22 episode of Before the 90 Days after a tense conversation about their plans for where to live after they get married. Throughout the talk, Loren crushed beer cans on his head and poked his hand with a knife, which made Faith uncomfortable. He told her that the behavior was normal, but she thought it was disrespectful and decided that she’d had enough.
“Sorry and we’re done,” she said. The split came one day after the pair got engaged, so Faith handed Loren the engagement ring back before questioning his behavior. “It’s like a different person is in front of me,” she added.
Faith, who is a transgender woman, also told a producer that she was “scared” because of how Loren acted. “Because we are trans and we don’t know who is the real one to accept us, you know, I’m shaking. I’m not expecting this,” she explained.
The conversation and Loren’s behavior were brought up during the tell-all, with Niles Valentine telling Faith that her ex-fiancé showed his true colors.
“Loren has shown you who he really is, believe him,” he said, adding that Faith should not have talked to Loren after he made “threatening” gestures during their breakup.
Other cast members agreed, raising their hands when Shaun, 62, asked if anyone believed that Faith should have left Loren. However, Loren defended himself, saying that he was only nervous and fidgeting with the knife.
Prior to their engagement, Loren and Faith experienced multiple roadblocks in their relationship, including Loren revealing that he had an STD due to having sex with other people during their relationship. The couple, who first met online, briefly broke up because of his revelation, and Faith admitted to her sisters that she feared Loren would cheat on her again.
Loren admitted during the tell-all that he had sex with someone else during his split from Faith.
“During the one week we were we were apart, I did have sex with the girl that gave me gonorrhea,” he said. Faith admitted that she didn’t know, but she added, “It’s hard to give up your first love.”
