90 Day Fiancé star Sophie Sierra has been on her fitness! The U.K. beauty, whose love story with Rob Warne is currently playing out on 90 Day: The Last Resort, has debuted major weight loss since appearing on the spinoff.
“I have lost almost 30lbs since filming the show, and since then I have been working on becoming the best version of myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually,” she told her Instagram followers in December 2024. “I have struggled with body image the majority of my life, but I am finally in a place where I have a great relationship with food & working out.”

Their problems seemingly weren’t solved as In Touch exclusively revealed that they called it quits in March 2024. “They haven’t officially filed because the show is still going on,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “Sophie and Rob still keep in touch and are friends but they are not together.”

Making Changes
After her time on the show, Sophie told her followers she had been focusing on being the best version of herself.
“I now love and accept myself just how I am, whether I’m heavier or skinnier, because at the end of the day as long as I am healthy and happy that’s all that matters,” she captioned a carousel of selfies in December 2024. “We should stop being so hard on ourselves & each other, especially as women, because we are more than just our body and all bodies are beautiful.”
