90 Day Fiancé star Veronica Rodriguez is making major changes! The TLC personality revealed she underwent a plastic surgery makeover that included a breast lift, full tummy tuck and liposuction.
“I’ve wanted to do this surgery for so long and was in the absolute best hands with @hkbcosmeticsurgery and @drgauravbharti,” Veronica, 39, wrote in a lengthy caption via an Instagram Reel on Wednesday, October 23. “There is no one I would trust to perform all this work except for HKB especially because there was a lot of undoing or repairing work that was previously done.”
In the video, the 90 Day: The Single Life alum documented her visit to the medical office, capturing everything from her doctor’s consultation to the conclusion of her surgery.
“The swelling has gone down but I could not be happier. I told Dr B I just wanted space in my body, I was sick of my chest sitting on my tummy sitting on my thighs, and he not only gave me space but also a waist! (who even knew that was in there?!?!?!),” she continued.
The TLC personality listed her extensive procedures, which included “breast lift/reduction; implant exchange, repair of breast pocket/capsule; internal mesh bra, full tummy tuck with abdominal repair and lipo of the tummy/saddlebags with fat grafting to the backside.”
Veronica first revealed her plastic surgery plans in April after responding to an online troll who criticized her appearance at the 90 Day: The Single Life season 4 tell-all and encouraged her to “be natural.”
“Well I broke my jaw/fractured my cheek and my face got crooked,” Veronica wrote in response to the comment under her April 1 Instagram post. “My face looked funny on the tell-all because I landed at midnight because Chloe had a choir performance and they made me arrive first at 5:30 a.m.”
The mom of one explained that her face was “puffy from travel” and noted she hadn’t gotten Botox since September 2023. “I love my face before and now, your opinion of it has no impact on my life,” she continued. “Ps. I’m planning on getting a tummy tuck and breast reduction later this year, so you might as well unfollow me now so you can avoid being triggered in the future.”
Veronica first revealed she broke her jaw after an ab wheel recoiled and slammed her face into a marble floor during a family trip to Miami in August 2023. The reality TV personality said her chin was “ripped open” and she was rushed to the emergency room, where doctors found three fractures in her face and jaw. “So they had to wire my jaw shut because of all the fractures so that it can heal properly,” she continued, noting her other option was to do an “open surgery” and add plates and screws into her face. “But there were a lot more complications with that, even though the healing may have been shorter than my jaw being wired.”
Fans watched Veronica’s split from Jamal Menzies on season 4 of 90 Day: The Single Life, which aired from January to April. Following their split, Veronica revealed a new romance by posting a photo of herself “necking” with a mystery man “under the bleachers.” It’s unclear whether they are still together.
