The mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team at financial advisory firm Interpath is understood to have been appointed by directors at Tomorrow Limited to find buyers for the designer streetwear brand.
In February, Tomorrow Limited acquired A Cold Wall from its founder and Drapers 30 Under 30 alumnus Samuel Ross for an undisclosed sum.
Tomorrow Limited is a fashion accelerator and business development platform and had been a minority investor in the label since 2017. It has also invested in designer independent Machine-A in London's Soho as well as brands including Coperni, Martine Rose, Charles Jeffrey Loverboy and Colville.
Established in 2015, A Cold Wall counts Browns, Selfridges, End, Mr Porter and Mytheresa among its stockists. Before launching the brand, Ross had worked alongside Off-White founder and current Louis Vuitton creative director Virgil Abloh.
At the time of the acquisition, A Cold Wall spokesperson said: "[The business] enters its next phase with sharp intentions and principles as Dr Samuel Ross’s majority shareholding is acquired by Tomorrow Limited.
"Now approaching its nine-year milestone, A Cold Wall’s core team of long-standing directors will continue to advance the brand language with Ross’ full alignment, prioritising innovation and material development."
