All Christina Milian wants for Christmas is Kofi Siriboe in Netflix’s upcoming holiday Rom-Com Meet Me Next Christmas where the bubbly singer-turned-actress scrambles to find the hottest ticket in town for a merry meet-cute with the man of her dreams.

“Layla is a girl that knows what she wants,” said Milian about her character in an interview with TUDUM. “She’s got a good head on her shoulders, and when she knows she wants something, she goes for it. She doesn’t let anything stop her.”

Check out the swoon-worthy trailer below:

With the help of a kind-hearted concierge named Teddy (Devale Ellis), Layla (Milian) sets out on a seemingly impossible mission to find sold out Pentatonix tickets and be reunited with her romantic interest James (Siriboe).

“You’ll see the sacrifices he makes for his mom,” said Ellis about his character. “He’s willing to do anything for his cousin. But most importantly, he’s willing to do anything for Layla because he takes his job seriously. And he’s the best cook.”

Based on some obvious winks in the trailer (and the photo still below), it seems like Teddy will end up falling for Layla while helping her get her fairytale ending with a man who isn’t him.
