All the arguments Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have had since filing for divorce

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann cannot seem to stop arguing. Their most recent drama was over a parking issue, as they navigate single life in the months after Kroy filed for divorce again in August.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Kim Zolciak is not having a great 2024. She’s spent most of her time arguing with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, who wants sole custody of their four children.

Kroy filed for divorce multiple times

Kroy and Kim filed for divorce multiple times since the first back in May 2023. After 11 years of marriage, the mom-of-four requested primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their children.

However, Kroy requested sole legal and physical custody. Two months later, they got back together and withdrew the filing, but then Kroy filed for divorce again in August that year.

Kim filed to dismiss her estranged husband’s second divorce filing, citing recent s*xual encounters as proof that his claims were false. Since then, their divorce case has been ordered to mediation.

They moved out of their family home

Kim moved out of her family home that was once shared with Kroy. Kim claimed she got tossed off of a ladder, but their kids told the cops it wasn’t true. Police then told them to stay away from each other.

The exes then both moved into separate rental properties. Reports say Kroy parked his car in front of a moving truck to prevent Kim and their kids from leaving, as he didn’t want her to take certain items.

When the cops showed up, they managed to convince Kroy to move his car. The moving truck made its way out of the driveway, and the cops were able to leave without too much drama.

Kim said her ex stole her iPad

Kroy claimed Kim is a “pathological liar” after she said he stole her iPad. Police officers had to separate the former couple to calm things down, and said they can’t keep responding to their feuds.

She said her ex had removed a bunch of belongings, and had also stolen her laptop. “He’s stolen all sorts of stuff out of the storage unit. I’m just trying to get my clothes and shoes out of here,” she told police.

She thought Kroy was spying on her

Kim accused Kroy of spying on her in October, as well as taking her personal belongings and even trying to sell them in January and May, which he completely denied to the police.

Zolciak allegedly backed her claims with photo evidence of Biermann passed out in her closet after spying on her. These incidents continued with him invading her private space while she wasn’t at home.

She also said he ended up removing her security systems. The judge later ordered Zolciak to stay in the basement of their home while Biermann got to keep the master bedroom.

Kim accused Kroy of snatching her phone and then locking himself in the master bedroom. Bodycam footage from officers captured the former linebacker denying having his estranged wife’s phone.
