Andy Cohen is one of the most essential behind-the-scenes people at Bravo. He may not have the final say regarding which cast members stay and which go, but that doesn’t stop fans from asking him specific questions about casting. Recently, Andy took fans’ questions, and one was about Teddi Mellencamp‘s future on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The other was about Kenya Moore and whether she could return to RHOA after leaving midway through filming on season 16.

Teddi was on RHOBH from 2017 until 2020, and the now podcast host was fired after much negative criticism from fans of the iconic show. Since then, many have continued to call her boring and say that she doesn’t make for great reality TV.

According to US Weekly, Andy was recently asked if Teddi could return to the show since she’d have her divorce as a storyline. Of course, it may not have been the best question to ask as season 14 just started airing, and fans seem happy with the cast.

Sadly for Teddi, fans in the audience expressed their disdain for a Teddi comeback. Andy said, “It doesn’t seem like the crowd is that enthusiastic.”

He then added, “I don’t know why she has become such a villain in the audience’s perspective. She seems to be a truth-teller, and she’s very smart, I think. But I don’t know.”

Andy then began to discuss the show itself. According to him, “We just started Beverly Hills. So, we’re not thinking about casting for next season right now.”

There has also been talk of her joining RHOC since she’s so close to Tamra Judge. Regarding that, he said, “I think we’re good right now for OC.”

Andy also spoke about RHOA, which gained several headlines after the recent Fan Fest in Miami. He was asked about Kenya possibly returning, and he said they are waiting for season 16 “before we even think about who’s returning and who’s not.”

He also discussed her recent interview, during which she took accountability. According to Andy, “I was happy to see her take accountability. She and I have spoken a lot over the last few months.”

As everyone knows, Kenya departed after allegedly revealing revenge porn of a new RHOA cast member at a filmed event.
