According to analyst Jeff Pu from Haitong International, the iPhone 17 Air will be powered by the A19 chip and equipped with 8GB of RAM. While it won’t feature the more advanced A19 Pro chip found in the Pro models, it is still expected to deliver robust performance and support advanced features like Apple Intelligence. Photographers will appreciate the device’s camera setup, which includes a 48 MP rear camera and a 24 MP front-facing camera, providing enhanced imaging capabilities. Additionally, the iPhone 17 Air will reportedly have a sleek 6.6-inch display and an aluminum frame, effectively replacing the current iPhone Plus model.

Pu also shared insights about the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max. Both of these models are expected to retain the same screen sizes as their predecessors, while boasting the A19 Pro chip and 12GB of RAM, ensuring top-notch speed and multitasking capabilities. The Pro Max is also rumored to feature a refined Dynamic Island, which will be narrower due to a new Face ID system. Camera enhancements are set to include a 48 MP telephoto lens and a 24 MP selfie camera, both integrated with Face ID.
