A former “Bachelor in Paradise” star recently went “Instagram Official” with his new girlfriend. After revealing he was seeing someone seriously, he followed up to give fans the background on the relationship. Michael Allio has not publicly revealed a romantic relationship since his split with his “Bachelor in Paradise” partner Danielle Maltby. Now, however, it seems he’s quite smitten and his son seems to be happy about this new relationship too.
Michael Allio Revealed His Been Friends With His Girlfriend for Several Years
On January 3, Allio shared a handful of photos on his Instagram page showing him with his son and new love. “Luckiest guy in the world,” he wrote in the caption.
As some Bachelor Nation fans have already speculated, Allio’s new girlfriend is Jade. She is an esthetician and makeup artist who has launched her own line, Jade Complexions.
Her Instagram page has over 1.1 million followers, including “The Bachelorette” stars Charity Lawson and Jenn Tran. “Dancing with the Stars” pro Witney Carson follows her, as does Tori Spelling.
Allio’s “hard launch” came a day after a Christmas Day tease and a January 2 Instagram introduction of sorts. In his introduction post, Allio included a video that contained highlights of the pair’s time together.
“We met in 2021 and became instant friends. For years, that’s exactly how we stayed–always there for each other at any hour, sharing laughs when life got tough, and offering support when it was needed most,” he wrote.
He continued, “There’s something special about being friends first. It sounds obvious, but I’d never truly experienced it until met her.”

Allio added, “For the first time in forever, I’ve felt unconditional love and have been able to give it in return. From the moment I wake up, she’s in my thoughts, lifting my hope and filling my heart. She’s the light that shines through the cracks, fitting seamlessly into our lives and completing our family in ways I never imagined possible.”
“One of the greatest joys has been seeing her and James form such a strong bond. Watching their relationship grow has brought me happiness beyond compare—it’s like she was meant to be here with us all along,” Allio shared.
He closed his caption with, “Here’s to love, friendship, and the beautiful journey ahead with my best friend by my side.”
Many Bachelor Nation alums commented on the post to show their love and support. Blake Horstmann, Jason Tartick, Justin Glaze, Nate Mitchell, and Rodney Mathews were among the former franchise contestants who congratulated the couple.
One supporter wrote, “It’s said that love is friendship set on fire… Love this so much for you! 🔥.”
