Bianca Censori could end up in court because of her husband Kanye West

After being the focus of attention for her last appearance almost naked at the Grammy Awards, Bianca Censori could have one more reason for a public presentation, as she appears on the witness list in a lawsuit filed against Kanye West for alleged discrimination.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, plaintiff Tony Saxon filed the lawsuit against Ye in September 2023, and Censori was named as a potential witness in the trial, which is scheduled for February 25

"Throughout his employment, (Tony) slept in makeshift conditions, finding empty spaces on the floor and using his coat as an improvised bed. These sleeping places were close to open insulation. He had no access to a proper bed or a comfortable sleeping environment," reads part of the document in which Kanye West was sued

It has been revealed that the plaintiff intends to use photos and messages from Censori, as well as texts from Ye, as part of his evidence, after working for the rapper as a security guard from September to November 2021, where he alleged that he worked 16-hour days and was forced to sleep on the floor.

Kanye West's controversial behavior was once again in the spotlight for the influence he has over his wife, Bianca Censori, who surprised everyone at the 2025 Grammy Awards by making an appearance with a daring look, being completely naked on the red carpet after taking off the coat that covered her.

According to a source consulted by RadarOnline.com, Kanye West is choosing the clothes (or lack thereof) for Censori to boost his publicity and save his ailing brand through controversial outfits or behavior such as last Sunday's Grammy Awards.

"It's a very controlling and desperately sad situation. He's using his wife as a commodity to try to push his brand, but all he's doing is turning a beautiful woman into some kind of sexualized spectacle," the source told RadarOnline.com, adding, "It's ghastly to watch. Surely she can't be happy fulfilling his wishes in this way?"
