Excitement levels are at a high for Billie Eilish's Aussie fans – with some Sydney concertgoers camping out for days just to get to the front of the queue for the mosh pit ahead of her show tonight.

The American Birds of a Feather hitmaker, 23, is set to play four shows in Sydney, starting tonight, at Qudos Bank Arena this week as part of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour.

In a cross from outside the arena at Sydney Olympic Park, one young excited fan at the front of the line for the mosh pit, Katalia, told Today's Taylor Haynes that she's been camping out there since Thursday to score her peak position at the front of the queue.

She was the first in line of about 600 people believed to be outside the venue already this morning.

Last year, the hitmaker revealed her secret health battle, revealing just how much pain she's in due to some physical injuries she's suffered on stage and due to hypermobility.

Speaking to Vogue, she said it sometimes makes her "furious" when people write off her pain because she's young.

"I've basically been in pain since I was nine," she told the publication.

"Growing up, I'd always hear people be like, 'Just wait until you're older! You're going to have so much pain!' And I remember being so furious."
