One play was all Josh Allen needed on Sunday.
The leading 2024 NFL MVP candidate took a single snap and was replaced by Mitchell Trubisky against the New England Patriots in Week 18.
He's officially started 105 consecutive games, which as NFL insider Adam Schefter noted, is the longest active streak amongst any quarterback in the league.
"Josh Allen started Sunday's game vs. New England and played one play. He now has started 105 straight games, the longest active streak for any QB and more than double the next closest streak that belongs to Lions QB Jared Goff," Schefter said on X.
This game has no implications on the Bills' playoff placement as they had already locked up the No. 2 seed in the AFC.
Bills head coach Sean McDermott had announced early in the week that Allen would start for the sole purpose of continuing the start streak alive.
