Players of Honkai: Star Rail with Blade on their roster may not need to wait for the announced buffs to older HSR charactersas the upcoming update 3.1 brings a new Planar Ornament set into the game that will provide a mighty boost to the death-seeking Stellaron Hunter.

Said Planar Ornament set is called Bone Collection's Serene Demesne and will be available via Planar Ornament Extraction starting with HSR 3.1, which will be released on February 26, 2025.

Bone Collection's Serene Demesne has the following effects:

  • +12% Max HP, +28% CRIT DMG for the wearer and their memosprite if the wearer's Max HP is 5,000 or higher.

Blade's damage output scales with his ATK as well as his Max HP, so a set providing him with Max HP and a consistent bonus to CRIT DMG is fantastic for him. Currently, the available sets only provide buffs to parts of his kit, such as his follow-up attacks, while the new set increases his offensive capabilities in two ways and consistently. More Max HP boosts the damage dealt by his Enhanced Basic Attack and Ultimate, while the additional CRIT DMG applies to all of his moves.

It may not bring Blade back to the top of the meta, but Bone Collection's Serene Demesne is clearly his best available gear yet and will yield performance increases.

Naturally, Blade won't be able to benefit from the memosprite-specific bonus of the set — it will take a character following the Path of The Remembrance to make full use of it. Castorice is the likeliest candidate for this, so anyone aiming to get and build her might want to prefarm the set.

HSR 3.1 also brings the Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding set to the game, which boosts the wearer's SPD and Outgoing Healing. It's clearly intended for a healer following The Remembrance. At the moment, though, there is no known character filling this role.
