2 weeks ago 3

Boosie Badazz has once again asked Donald Trump for a presidential pardon, this time after the stunning 2024 election results.

On Wednesday, the rapper posted on his X page, sharing a now-deleted message asking Trump for a pardon regarding the gun charges he’s facing in San Diego, California. Boosie listed the facts of his case, explaining that he was indicted even though a judge previously dismissed it. Now he's looking to the "big homie" for help resolving his issues.

"@realDonaldTrump CAN YOU PARDON ME ON MY FED CASE ?i'm a NON VIOLENT FELON. THE COURTS RULED THAT a NON VIOLENTCANNOTBE CHARGED WITH A 922g," said Boosie."THE JUDGE DISMISSED MY CASE BUT THE RULIN HAS BEEN APPEALED SO ONCE AGAIN I WAS INDICTED IM FIGHTING THIS ASE THIS IS THE EXACT CASE to US VS DUARTE THAT WAS RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL."

He continued, "oh one more thing can u sit down with me n talk about U GIVING POLICE immunity.I THINK THIS WILL MOTIVATE OFFICERS TO COMMIT DEADLY CRIMES."PLEASE DONT DO THIS" anyway congratulations on your win LETS GET THIS MONEY N DROP THESE TAXES shit killing me."

Boosie's request comes after he initially he first asked both Harris and Trump for a pardon for the case he mentioned in his most recent post. A federal judge ruled that it was unconstitutional to strip a nonviolent felon of their right to own a gun, which led to Boosie's case getting dismissed.

However, prosecutors filed a new indictment with additional charges just weeks later, prompting Boosie to criticize the prosecution, calling the ordeal "unconstitutional."
