Brad Pitt has shocked fans with a surprise appearance.
Spectators at the Mexican Grand Prix were caught off guard over the weekend when Pitt showed up at the event.
But he wasn't there as a fan of Formula One – instead Pitt was dressed in his own racing gear as he filmed scenes for his upcoming movie, F1.

After the qualifying races were complete, a section of the track was cordoned off for Pitt and his team to shoot some scenes.
At the end, he emerged from the car in his white racing jumpsuit and removed his helmet, waving to fans as they cheered for him.
Production for the film kicked off back in July 2023, with a release date currently set for June 2025.

At the 2023 British Grand Prix, following his first time on the track in front of a crowd, Pitt spoke with Sky Sports sharing how much he has enjoyed being a part of the project.

"I'm a little giddy right now, I've got to say," he shared.
"And it's just great to be here, man. We're just having such a laugh, such a laugh. It's the best time of my life."
He went on to say that the whole experience has had an "amazing vibe," adding that all the F1 teams have welcomed him and the film crew.

"Just to get to be a part of it in this way, and get to tell our story," he said. "Everyone's been really cool with us."
F1 sees Pitt star as retired Formula One driver Sonny Hayes who returns to the sport after being involved in a severe crash.
In the film, Pitt stars along actors such as Sonny Hayes, Javier Bardem and Kerry Condon.
