The pop icon, 43, shared a trio of photos on Instagram featuring the 18-year-old enjoying a serene sunset hike.

"Mine forever !!!" Spears captioned the post, reflecting on their long-awaited reunion.

"It's weird we're like twins but he's a boy and I'm a girl !!! He's mine I hadn't seen him in 2 and half years or maybe 3 !!! I'm in shock !!!"

Jayden, dressed casually in a red T-shirt, baggy jeans, and sneakers, appeared relaxed in the images, which captured the mother and son's renewed connection.

Spears expressed her joy and admiration for her son's growth, describing him as "older and smarter" than her.

"He came back and he feels older and smarter than me !!!" she continued.

"He's a man and I cry everyday of my life because of the miracle and genius he is !!! When he plays the whole earth shakes !!!"

This reunion marks a significant moment for Spears, who shares Jayden and his older brother, Sean Preston, 19, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The couple divorced in 2007, and custody arrangements have evolved over the years, with Jayden and Preston relocating to Hawaii in 2023 to live with their father and his family.

Spears' Christmas celebration with Jayden was a rare and emotional occasion.

In an earlier Instagram post, she described the experience as "the best Christmas of my life," sharing footage of herself and Jayden seemingly at a restaurant.

"I haven't seen my boys in 2 years!!!"Spears wrote.

"Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed!!!"

While Sean Preston did not attend the festive gathering, insiders report that Spears has been spending more time with Jayden in recent months.

"Spending time together has made her happy," a source told PEOPLE, adding that the singer "never gave up hope" for a reunion.

As Spears continues to navigate her personal life, her emotional reflections on motherhood let shine her unwavering pride and love for her children.
