Britney Spears’ on-again, off-again boyfriend Paul Soliz’s estranged wife, Nicole Mancilla, tried to serve him divorce papers at the pop star’s L.A. mansion, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Nicole hired a process server to try and track down her ex and father of her four minor children.
On November 14, the process server drove out to Britney’s five-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 13,264 square foot mansion in Thousand Oaks, California.
The guard at Britney’s home told the process server that Paul did not live at the address and is “not here at this time.”
The process server tried again two days later on November 16.
He said the same guard was parked outside Britney’s home and told him that Paul did not live there and access would not be allowed. Nicole has yet to serve Paul with the legal paperwork. The case is ongoing.
Back in October, Nicole filed for divorce from Paul after eight years of marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. The exes wed in 2015 and She split on June 28, 2023.
Nicole asked the court to award her legal and physical custody of their children. She proposed that Paul be granted visitation.
In addition, Nicole asked the court to award her spousal support and cut off Paul’s right to collect any spousal support.
Around the same time that Nicole filed for divorce, Nicole’s mother, Sandra Smith, spoke out about Paul and Britney’s relationship. She said on the Drew Lane Show that Paul took three of the kids to live with Britney, 42, at her home. She said, “[Paul] took three of the kids too, We are trying to get those kids back.”
Page Six reported that Paul has a total of nine children from different women.
Nicole spoke out about Britney in an interview with the Daily Mail. “My husband fell in Britney Spears p—sy,” she said. “He was married, and now he denies his children.”
The outlet said that Britney hired Paul in 2022 to work in a housekeeper-type role. Sources said the relationship quickly turned romantic.
TMZ reported that Britney’s relationship with Paul has caused concern within her inner circle.
Back in August, sources told the outlet that they were worried that she was reconnecting with Paul after previously cutting ties.
TMZ reported that Britney had initially told her inner circle she was done with Paul and even took him off the list for guests allowed inside her home.
However, weeks later, Britney was spotted out and about with Paul. The outlet said many people inside her team were confused by her decision to keep Paul around.
Back in May, Britney and Paul caused a scene at the Chateau Marmont after getting into a big fight. One source told the outlet that Britney was “out on control.”
An ambulance was called but Britney did not take it.
Britney and Paul have not been photographed together in months.
