Britney Spears is reminiscing on one of her more iconic moments.
The pop princess re-shared an old video of herself to Instagram, reflecting on the time she decided to marry herself.
Spears, 42, filmed herself in her mansion in a white silk dress with a jaw-dropping veil trailing behind her.

"Bringing it back because it might seem embarrassing or stupid, but I think it's the most brilliant thing I've ever done!!!" her post concluded.

The Piece of Me singer found herself single again after divorcing her ex-husband, Sam Asghari, in May 2024.
The pair were first linked in 2016, tying the knot on June 9, 2022. It wasn't long until the couple began drifting apart.

Spears and Asghari parted ways due to "irreconcilable differences that have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife."

Reality star splits from influencer after six months
The couple officially filed for Divorce on August 16, 2023, with Asghari opening up about the experience to People.
"It was a blessing to be able to share life with someone for a long time. And people grow apart and people move on," the actor said.
The pair had a very public relationship. (Instagram)"I had nothing but an amazing experience and a great life, and that's always going to be part of my life, a chapter of my life," he added.
Since the divorce, it seems Spears is focusing on self-love, though she is rumoured to be dating her former housekeeper, Paul Soliz.
