As the New Year approaches many of us will be looking ahead to 2025 and the resolutions we can make, with many opting to aim for a healthier lifestyle come January.
When it comes to fitness, a new survey of 2,000 Brits from FruitySlots.com found that 38% plan to exercise more, while 36% want to eat healthier, and 32% are hoping to lose weight in 2025.
Just under a third of those surveyed (29%) shared that they're hoping to get more sleep in the new year, while 34% are aiming to drink more water.
Other resolutions that are proving popular are travelling more, cutting down phone use, and reading more books.
But while these may seem easy when starting the year, many Brits have predicted that they may not actually keep up with these resolutions throughout the entirety of 2025.

According to FruitySlots.com, a number of popular resolutions are more likely to be broken than kept, with nearly a quarter (23%) of participants naming weight loss as the resolution they’re most likely to break in 2025.
Close behind, some 22% admitted they’d struggle to stay consistent with exercising more. Healthy eating is another area that Brits have predicted they'll find difficult, with 21% of respondents predicting they won't be able to stick with it.
Digital habits are another area that could be rather challenging, with 16% admitting they'd struggle to spend less time on their phones and 15% also saying that spending time off social media would be quite tricky.
