Bronwyn Newport appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday night, where she detailed a confessional scene she was glad didn’t ultimately air on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season five.

As she also offered an update on her marriage to Todd Bradley, 56, reacted to Lisa Barlow, 50, repeating a rumor that suggested she faked a miscarriage, and addressed her drama with her jeweler, Bronwyn, 39, confirmed where she stands with Angie Katsanevas, 51, after the reveal of her mean text message and opened up about what she didn’t share at the reunion.

“I definitely said something that didn’t air that thank God it didn’t,” Bronwyn revealed on the January 22 episode of WWHL. “We were talking about someone specific and I said, ‘Her and her partner is not a porno I would watch.’ And then the producer asked me whose porno I would watch, and I’m really glad they didn’t air it. I mean, [I] definitely [would watch] [Whitney Rose] and [Justin Rose]. She talks about it the most. She seems like she knows what she’s doing.”

While Bronwyn and Todd’s marriage faced criticism throughout season five, she confirmed they learned from their challenges.

“I think both of us are much more aware of the way that we talk to each other and maybe how that needs to be more positive,” she explained.

Bronwyn then admitted she was surprised by how hard Lisa and John Barlow were going at her by repeating the miscarriage rumor, suggesting she had tried to avoid her daughter’s father.

“I think it was a really vile decision the first time, let alone to keep doubling down on that,” she noted.

As for Lisa’s receipts regarding her supposedly burning her jeweler and failing to wear a necklace made for her, Bronwyn said she also has receipts.

“The jeweler and I had been talking even a day or two before the reunion about what they were making for me. The jeweler had made a little accusation that a journalist that she thought was Lisa was texting her, so I think you see in the reunion as Lisa’s bringing this up that I’m kind of confused. Like, did the jeweler’s person reach out to Lisa, did Lisa reach out to them? Either way, it’s real messy. I don’t like it,” she noted.

Regarding why she didn’t wear the necklace, Bronwyn said she and Todd felt it was “much too flashy.”

“There’s some things that I felt on camera, it’s just inappropriate to buy something in any economic climate, but especially in what we’re going through right now, so we were talking about making something different, and I really wanted to be promoting the jeweler and helping them up until I heard what was going on at the reunion, and then no, I have not bought anything from them and will not,” she stated. “No.”

According to Bronwyn, she does not have the necklace and did not buy what was made for her due to what went down.

Moving on to her relationship with Lisa, Bronwyn admitted to needing her validation.

“At the time, yes. I absolutely did. One thousand percent,” she shared. “Watching back … it’s really hard for me to see the friendship I thought I had with Lisa not existing, falling apart, and then on top of that, I didn’t make an effort with the other ladies because I was so focused on her.”

When Andy Cohen, 56, mentioned that Lisa recently said they were only social friends, Bronwyn replied, “I did think it was deeper until I watched the show.”

Looking back at her debut season, Bronwyn said she wished she had given Whitney, 38, more of the benefit of the doubt and named Angie K. as the cast member she wished she could start over with.

“I love Angie, but we both said things I think we regret,” she explained, giving a nod to Angie’s mean message about her marriage.

“I might be the only person in America that thought [Heather Gay]’s idea was a good one. I kind of was like, yeah, let’s burn this. Let’s do this for sure,” she shared. “So I meant it when I told Angie, whatever I read, I was gonna just move on from. I don’t like it. I don’t appreciate it, but I’m done with it.”

Although Bronwyn moved on quickly, she revealed Todd was “unhappy about it.”

“I talked Todd off the ledge, so I’m real Team Angie right now if I’m even defending her to Todd,” she noted.

Meanwhile, Todd interjected, telling host Andy, “I did not forgive her.”

As for the number one thing she learned from season five, Bronwyn said, “That not everything that I think is true and it does not need to always be said.”

Following the reunion taping weeks ago, Bronwyn’s castmates went to dinner without her. But according to Bronwyn, it did not signal any sort of estrangement.

“I heard from them after I was back in pajamas and recouping, and I hope they had fun,” she confirmed.

Andy then wanted to know if there was anything she didn’t share at the reunion.

“I brought my own receipts that I didn’t show,” Bronwyn revealed. “I don’t always know that we need to … I think when you start to go down this path of your wrong and I’m right, it’s not about resolution. I really went in for resolution. I had my own stuff about the jeweler. I had my own stuff about my daughter’s family. I just think I’m really in a place of like, all I can control is how I respond to things.”

Also on Wednesday’s show, Todd admitted to having “mixed feelings” about their first season on the show as he took aim at Lisa’s behavior.

“I supported Brownyn when she wanted to do this. The discussions that Lisa brought up I thought were beyond inappropriate. But look, Andy, I think there was a lot of good that came out of it. I think Bronwyn made some good points,” he reasoned.

He even suggested his and Bronwyn’s experience with season five changed their marriage for the better.

“I took the criticism constructively and reflected a lot on how we interacted and how we spoke, and I think I’ve changed,” he shared.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season five reunion continues with part two next Wednesday, January 29, at 9/8c on Bravo.
