Bucs HC Todd Bowles Confirms Three Starters Out for Week 17

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be minus three key starting players when they face the Carolina Panthers this Sunday for Week 17. Per NFL Insider Adam Schafter, "Bucs HC Todd Bowles told reporters that TE Cade Otton, S Antoine Winfield Jr. and WR Sterling Shepard are out Sunday."
