Fans of Celebrations chocolates have been urged to ditch Asda and Tesco and swap to Aldi instead.
Just a week after its price busting Quality Street deal, chocoholics can now get their hands on the iconic red Celebrations tubs at Aldi for less than any other supermarket.
Celebrations are a Mars favourite, offering a selection of everything from Mars to Milky Way, Maltesers and Galaxy - and yes, the much maligned Bounty too.
Aldi has urged Tesco and Asda shoppers to put their trolleys back and head to the German budget retailer instead to save money on Christmas chocolate stockpiling - but only for a few days.
An Aldi spokesman said: “ALDI IS SELLING THE CHEAPEST CELEBRATIONS TUBS — NOW 35% LESS THAN TESCO AND ASDA!
“Shoppers can stock up on the iconic festive chocolate tubs at Aldi, reduced to just £3.89 each.
“They’re the cheapest around, but shoppers will have to be quick!
“It’s time to celebrate as supermarket Aldi is stacking its shelves high and slashing its price of Celebrations (550g) tubs, available now for just £3.89 — the cheapest price amongst all supermarkets.
Savvy Christmas shoppers can stock up early on the festive treat and save more than 35% when shopping at Aldi. That beats Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Tesco and Asda (Celebrations £6.00, 550g).”
But you need to act quickly, because the deal only runs until Sunday, November 3.
“With something for everyone to choose from, the cheapest tubs taste even sweeter packed with delicious classics such as Snickers, Galaxy Caramel and the love it or hate it Bounty.
“The Celebrations promotion is available in Aldi stores now. But shoppers better be quick as the deal ends on November 3.”
