Charlamagne Reacts To Altercation Between Diddy’s Sons And Ray J: “Stop Projecting Before You Get Hurt”

Justin and Christian Combs and their brother Quincy Brown got into a heated altercation over the weekend with Ray J and people’s reactions are continuing to pouring in. The three approached the “One Wish” singer as they all were leaving Unruly Agency CEO Tara Electra’s Halloween bash Saturday (Oct. 27), and although things got tense, no one was harmed thanks to Chris Brown breaking up the incident.

Charlamagne Tha God covered the story this morning (Oct. 30) on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, where he urged the three men to be cautious about involving themselves in these types of situations in honor of defending Diddy.

“Diddy’s kids need to sit their a**es down somewhere, okay? Don’t get spanked trying to prove a point that you not built to prove. You gon’ end up in jail with your pops or someplace worse,” the radio host said. Whatever y’all are on – get off it.” Check out the clip below.

Charlamagne attempted to empathize with Christian, Quincy, and Justin, saying, “I know you upset — you frustrated because of what Diddy goin’ through. But stop projecting before you get hurt. GloRilla said she just drove by the cemetery, and it’s plenty room… so I know they got room for silly dudes trying to prove a point!”

He then drove his point home by comparing Ray J to other figures who have been critical of Diddy, and claiming the guys wouldn’t confront all of them in the same manner. He said, “You tried that with Ray J. Ray J ain’t the one to play with. You ain’t gonna run down on [50 Cent]. You’re not gon’ run down on somebody that’s really about that life.”

The incident was prompted by Ray J’s critical assessment of the disgraced mogul. During Ray J’s The Reality Show News earlier this month, he commentated on everything that has transpired surrounding the Bad Boy founder. “People are getting robbed of not only their money and their spirituality, they’re getting robbed of their womanhood and manhood,” he said. “A**es are being taken in ways that nobody can explain… I’m exhausted with the people in this industry that have power who are abusing the power.”

Another figure who has reacted to the ordeal is Wack 100, who issued an ominous warning. “It’s on,” Wack 100 said. “That’s what it’s gon’ be. If we run into you, act like it’s 1995.”
