The Kansas City Chiefs are heading into the Super Bowl with a relatively clean injury report. Initially, the team listed Jawaan Taylor, Patrick Mahomes, and Skyy Moore on Wednesday's report, but the team has now added punter Matt Araiza.

Araiza is currently dealing with an unspecified illness and was listed as a limited participant. Mahomes and Taylor appeared on the first injury report but were also designated as full participants on both Wednesday and Thursday.

The issue is Moore has been dealing with an abdomen injury, which kept him out of action for multiple weeks. Though he was recently activated from the IR, he could be in danger of missing the Super Bowl.

Moore was a limited participant on Wednesday and Thursday, which could lead to him being held out of the big game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Being a limited participant doesn't necessarily mean that Moore wouldn't be able to suit up, but he has been steadily working his way back from those core injury that has impacted him for multiple weeks.

Moore appeared in only six games this season and was targeted three times in those games. He did not pull in any catches and has no yards.

Granted, Moore has been dealing with some injuries, but the Chiefs will need all hands on deck if they are to get past the surging Eagles.

As stated, Mahomes appeared on the injury report, but as a full participant once again. He has been nursing a high ankle sprain that he suffered in Week 16 against the Cleveland Browns. Despite the injury, the star quarterback has not missed any games.

Taylor is also dealing with a lingering knee injury, though it has not kept him out of any action, and the playoffs. He appeared in both the Divisional Round and AFC Championship despite the knee injury.

Moore could be one of the only players who does not suit up against the Eagles, assuming that Araiza cannot make the walk due to whatever illness he is dealing with.

Interestingly, the Eagles are also dealing with an illness on their end, as defensive tackle Jalen Carter has not yet been seen. It could be that this illness has made its way to the Chiefs locker room.

This is just speculation, and the Chiefs still have mostly a big clean bill of health team-wise.
