The OnePlus 13 and iQOO 13 both have 6.82-inch OLED panels with unique design elements. The OnePlus 13 has a BOE X2 OLED 8T LTPO screen with a micro-quad-curved design, 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 4500 nits peak brightness. It offers Dolby Vision and 2160Hz PWM dimming for an enhanced visual experience. The iQOO 13 has a BOE Q10 OLED display with a flat design, a faster refresh rate, a peak brightness of 4500 nits, Android’s first OLED circular polarised light eye protection technology, 2592Hz PWM dimming, and a self-developed Q2 display chip. The OnePlus 13 includes an alert slider, whilst the iQOO 13 has a halo light as its differentiating feature.

The OnePlus 13 and iQOO 13 are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage. The OnePlus 13 and iQOO 13 are Android 15 smartphones running ColorOS 15 and OriginOS 5, respectively.
