Lainey Wilson has reflected on the incredible full-circle moment she helped honour Miley Cyrus at the Disney Legends Ceremony just a few weeks ago.
It was extra special for Wilson, 32, as the country music sensation and Yellowstone star used to impersonate Hannah Montana for a job as a teen.
At the event, Wilson praised the fellow singer and performed the Hannah Montana song The Best of Both Worlds, but this time, as a Grammy winner.

"It was crazy," Wilson tells 9honey Celebrity in an exclusive chat while promoting her new album, Whirlwind.
"It was one of those moments where I was like, if you would have told me this when I got my Hannah Montana wig at 14 years old that I would be up here honouring her and singing directly to her and telling her how much she meant to me.
"And how much she really taught me without ever even knowing her.... it's crazy how life works and it was cool for me to get up there and tip my hat off to her."

The 4x4xU and Country's Cool Again singer went on to call Cyrus "a rock star of our generation".
"She's a rock star of our generation for sure. I would do three or four birthday parties on the weekend as Hannah Montana... I really got to like get a taste of what maybe this was going to be like. She taught me a lot," she says.
Miley Cyrus' evolution over the last decade
Wilson went on to say that she would love to collaborate with Cyrus in future.
"Away from country music, I'd love to do something with Miley Cyrus. There's so many collaborations right now and I think it's a cool way to be like, 'Hey, I believe in this person and you should too,'" she says.

She adds: "I would love to do something with Mick Jagger... he's become a friend of mine which is pretty cool and there's so many people on the list."
Wilson says country singer and actress Reba McEntire, 69, is also someone she can call upon for advice in the industry.
Speaking about "pinch-me" moments, she says: "Getting to know Reba, Reba text me and I ask her for advice and she sends me a novel."
"It reminds me that these people who were my heroes and influences and who inspired me are becoming my peers and I don't take that lightly."
Reflecting on her new album Whirlwind, she tells 9honey Celebrity: "It's called Whirlwind because that's what my life has been like the last couple of years."
"Truly, I do think it's the best stuff we've ever done. I'm my own worst critic, but my band got to play on this record and I feel like this record is showing a side of me, that honestly I didn't know existed and during a time of my life that's constantly changing."
Lainey Wilson's new album Whirlwind is out now.
