Dana Walden to Receive Milestone Award at 2025 PGA Awards

The Producers Guild of America will honor Dana Walden with its Milestone Award at the 2025 PGA Awards.

Walden, Disney Entertainment’s co-chairman, will accept the award at the 36th ceremony on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles. The prestigious Milestone Award honors industry producers that have made historic contributions to the entertainment industry.

Past Milestone Award recipients include Steven Spielberg, Bob Iger, Sherry Lansing, George Lucas and Kathleen Kennedy, Clint Eastwood, Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, Donna Langley and Charles D. King.

“Her (Walden’s) leadership, first as CEO of Fox Television Group and now as co-chairman overseeing Disney’s global television portfolio, has had a major impact on the business. We are proud to recognize her exceptional and long-standing work in this industry,”  PGA presidents Stephanie Allain and Donald De Line said in a joint statement.

For her part, Walden shared her success with industry collaborators. “I’ve had the unbelievable good fortune of working with many of the smartest and most gifted producers in the history of the television and film industry, and I am grateful to Stephanie, Donald and the PGA for recognizing the tremendous value of those partnerships,” she said in her own statement.

At Disney, Walden oversees the studio’s streaming services, including Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ in over 150 countries worldwide, among other duties. During her career, Walden has TV credits that include 24, Abbott Elementary, The Americans, American Horror Story, American Idol, The Bear,  Shogun, The Simpsons and This Is Us.
