Dancing with the Stars' Matthew MacNabb has lifted the lid on his romantic proposal to professional dancer Laura Nolan.
The couple competed on the RTE show together back in 2022, with the former Love Island star getting down on bended knee earlier this week.
Matthew popped the question on a cliff-edge on a beach in California, where he and Laura are currently based, just as the sun was beginning to set.

In a Q&A with fans on Instagram, the reality star opened up feeling the nerves before asking his girlfriend to marry him.
Matthew said: "Laura was feeling my heart go 90 and thought it was because I was afraid of heights. It’s not that I was afraid of her saying no, it was because this was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of event and I wanted to make it the perfect memory!"
The gym enthusiast managed to catch the special moment on camera, without Laura realising what he was about to do.
He explained: "We made a video when we first started going out in the same spot that I proposed so I made it out that it would be cool to re do that video 3 years on. Only thing was I bought a crappy tripod from Amazon and it kept falling over."
Matthew proposed with a dazzling engagement ring, complete with a large oval shaped diamond. He revealed it was custom made, following a "few hints" from his other half, and the process of making it started back in July.
Explaining how he knew Laura was "the one" for him, he added: "Sounds cringe but when I saw how her energy light up a room. She is such an amazing person to be around, so positive, so kind. Treats everyone with respect and loves life like me! Also when I saw her properly dance ballroom."
Over on Laura's Instagram page, the popular pro dancer revealed she "had no idea" her boyfriend was going to propose and that "he kept it a secret so well" she "never would have guessed".
Matthew and Laura first met when they were partnered together on Dancing with the Stars. They reached the semi-final stage of the competition in 2022, and confirmed their romance with a kiss live on television at the end of their last performance together.
