Dani Dyer says her footballer fiance Jarrod Bowen “loved” watching her dad’s sex scenes - saying the series even lured him away from his beloved PlayStation.
Jarrod was even so gripped he banned Dani from watching any episodes without him, while he was staying in a hotel for a West Ham away game.
Though Dani admits there were moments she couldn’t bring herself to watch. “There was one scene I had to shut my eyes at - there were a couple of roll abouts... the last one felt quite intense.”

Dave J Hogan/Getty Images)Jarrod kept his eyes open, and “absolutely loved it”, according to Dani. “He was in his corner, he loves his PlayStation, nothing gets him off that. But his little ear just swivelled and he left his area. We got in bed and watched it - not in a sexual way.”
“The greatest review is that Jarrod came off playing NFL,” says Danny, proudly, on the pair's Live and Let Dyer podcast, adding of his most sensual scene: “It wasn’t that bad, considering the sex in the show.”
The former Eastenders star says he has been “overwhelmed by the love” he has received for his part in the critically acclaimed series.
“I remember when it first got announced, it was massive, and there was a few comments going, ‘Oh, you lost me at Danny Dyer. Oh my God, what has happened to Disney? How can they hire him?’ How f***ing wrong were they? Very."
