HGTV star Dave and Jenny Marrs are getting ready to premiere the 6th season of their series “Fixer to Fabulous”, but before they release their new episodes, the Marrses are taking a moment to celebrate their filming process.
“If you’ve ever wondered what goes on behind the camera—here’s a sneak peek! The chaos, laughs, and the work that goes into the final edits. Honestly, the behind-the-scenes moments are almost as fun as the finished projects,” the Marrses wrote in a shared December 1 Instagram post.
Dave and Jenny’s post was filled with black and white photos of themselves, their family, and their “Fixer to Fabulous” crew members on set between takes on their show. The Marrses were pictured laughing and having fun on set.
When Does ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ Come Back?
Fans took to Jenny and Dave’s comment section with their reactions to the behind-the-scenes photos.
“Are filming additional seasons for HGTV?” one user asked, with the Marrses responding, “We are currently filming season 6. Slated to premiere in early January. ❤️ 🙌 ❤️.”
“I imagine not much actual work gets done with the film crew. Too much fun. You have our favorite home improvement show,” another user shared, with Dave and Jenny’s reply reading, “It is amazingly busy, but a little fun is had! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️.”

“What!?! You mean everything isn’t done in just one take, and the renovation isn’t completed on under an hour? 😂 There’s even more to love about you guys? 😂 😍 ❤️ 🙌 Should definitely release the behind the screens and bloopers! Would be fun to watch between the seasons. ❤️,” a fourth user shared.
In a November 28 post, Jenny and Dave took to Instagram to share a holiday message with their fans and followers. “As we gather around the table this Thanksgiving, we want to take a moment to express just how grateful we are for each and every one of you. This year has been full of challenges, joys, and so many memories, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to share it all with you,” the couple wrote in their post.
Jenny shared a post on her personal account on Thanksgiving Day, revealing that she was honoring loved ones who are no longer with her by working on recipes that have been passed down to her family.
