On Saturday, the 20-year-old made her debut at Le Bal des Débutantes at the Hotel Shangri-La in Paris — wearing a stunning strapless blue dress from Valentino. On her arm was Count Leo Henckel von Donnersmarck.

However, it appears Apple was a tad annoyed at her escort at one point during the evening! In a now-viral video posted to TikTok over the weekend, she is seen standing arm-in-arm with Leo as he danced. While they chatted, Apple pretty noticeably rolled her eyes at whatever he said! Watch (below):

Not a good look! However, a source close to her mom insisted to Dailymail.com on Tuesday it was never Apple’s “intention” to steal someone else’s moment:

“Apple’s more playful and fun and she’s really a total girls’ girl. She would never mean to take the spotlight from anyone, that was not her intention. To characterize her as a mean girl is very untrue. She really had such a wonderful evening and I feel bad that this is even taking away from that because it was such an uplifting evening for her and the other girls.”

As for the eye-roll? The insider insisted Chris Martin’s daughter has a “good rapport” with Leo:
