"I’ve had this house for almost 30 years," she said. It looks like it was lost in the fire last night. There’s a rainbow shining on it which I’m taking as a sign of hope for all creatures who have been affected by this tragedy,” she shared on Instagram.
Actor Mark Hamil has also opened up, saying that he and his family were "fleeing for our lives,” whereas Mandy Moore took to Instagram to express her numbness. "Honestly, I’m in shock and feeling numb for all so many have lost, including my family,” she said.
As well as homes, public places including banks and restaurants have also been left in ruins. Continuing, Mandy said: "My children’s school is gone. Our favourite restaurants, leveled. So many friends and loved ones have lost everything too. Our community is broken but we will be here to rebuild together."

"My children’s school is gone. Our favourite restaurants, leveled. So many friends and loved ones have lost everything too. Our community is broken but we will be here to rebuild together,” Heidi said, while reflecting on the loss of ‘everything they worked so hard for’.
Paris Hilton is also among those who shared her heartbreak after her lavish Los Angeles home was completely destroyed as she said she was "heartbroken beyond words."
"Heartbroken beyond words. Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience. This home was where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London," the star penned, before expressing her gratitude towards firefighters and first responders.
