The mogul is also accused of sexual assaulting a teenage 'Making the Band' contestant.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with more allegations of sexual assault, as the entertainment mogul is now being accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy during an audition, as well as forcing another to perform sexual acts.
In one of the latest civil suits against Combs, which were filed on Monday (Oct. 28) in New York state court, the plaintiff claims that he was 10-years-old when he encountered Combs during an audition in a New York City hotel room in 2005.
The accuser alleges that he was given a soda by Combs that he believes was laced with drugs, after which Combs forced him to perform oral sex on him against his will. He says that he lost consciousness during the alleged incident and that he discovered his pants undone upon waking up, as well as pain in his anus and buttocks.
In a separate lawsuit, another plaintiff alleges that he was 17 when he was assaulted by Combs, which he says occurred during an audition for his MTV reality series, Making the Band, which took place around 2008.
During the 3-day audition, the alleged victim says that Combs began grilling him with “hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure” during a one-on-one interview.
“As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault Plaintiff by touching Plaintiff both over and under his clothing, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing Plaintiff to undress,” the lawsuit claims.
In another incident, which occurred on the second day of the auditions, the plaintiff says that Combs ordered him to undress under the guise of proving his ability to display a “sex idol persona.” The mogul then allegedly forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him and be sodomized.
On the third and final day of the auditions, the victim says he was sexually assaulted again, this time by Combs and a member of his security team. He alleges that he was ultimately cut from the competition due to Combs belief that the Plaintiff was “untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard” in the suit.
While Combs did not respond to these specific allegations, he vehemently denied these, as well as previous, claims against him in a statement through his attorney.
“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” Combs’ attorneys said in a statement.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
With the most recent lawsuits filed against Combs, the Bad Boy Records founder is now facing at least 27 civil cases, as well as over 100 allegations of sexual assault and abuse by unnamed victims.
Combs is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges. His trial is slated to begin in May 2025.
