The identity of one of Diddy’s accusers has been revealed.
One month after Cassie Ventura sued the music mogul for sexual abuse and sex trafficking, another victim came forward in December 2023 to accuse him, former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, and a third unknown associate of sex trafficking, drugging, and gang-raping her when she was just 17 years old. She filed the lawsuit under the pseudonym Jane Doe. However, per new legal documents obtained by TMZ, she was ordered to reveal her identity if she wanted to continue with her lawsuit. This is similar to an order from Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil last month, which forced accuser Candice McCrary to use her real name in her sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy. And Jane Doe has now also complied with the order.

She amended her complaint on Friday to include her name, revealing that she is the NHL star Evander Kane’s ex-wife, Anna Kane. See a pic of her (below):

Anna told Page Six in a statement via her lawyer Douglas Wigdor that she won’t be “intimidated” by Diddy or the other defendants and plans to move forward with the case to get justice:
“I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.”
Brace yourselves, Perezcious readers. The details in the lawsuit are sickening. Per the complaint, Anna claimed the alleged rape happened back in 2003. While in high school, she recalled in the lawsuit that she was out with friends at a nightclub in Detroit, Michigan, when she met Pierre. He allegedly told her she was “hot” and said his “best friend” and “brother,” Diddy, would love to meet her. According to Anna, Pierre called the rapper and put her on the phone with him, who told her to fly with Pierre and the third assailant to New York City. She agreed — and then things took a horrifying turn.
Anna alleged she was forced to give Pierre oral sex before they boarded the flight to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Once they landed, Anna said she was taken to Daddy’s House Recording Studio, which Diddy and Bad Boy owned. It was there she was allegedly given drugs and alcohol by the record producer, Pierre, and the third assailant. The three then allegedly took turns raping her. The suit stated:
“As the night wore on, the 17-year-old Ms. Kane became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age. While at the studio, Ms. Kane was gang raped by Mr. Combs, the Third Assailant and Mr. Pierre, in that order.”
Anna claimed Diddy first raped her in a bathroom, removing her underwear and forcing himself on her while she “hung over” a sink. The docs continued:
“While Mr. Combs was raping Ms. Doe, he complained that he could not ‘get off’ unless she pinched his nipples as hard as she could. Mr. Combs then watched on as Third Assailant, who Ms. Kane had not even realized had begun to have sex with her, raped Ms. Kane as she told him to stop. After Third Assailant was finished. Mr. Pierre took his turn at raping Ms. Kane and then violently forced her to give him oral sex, during which Ms. Kane was choking and struggling to breathe.”
Awful.
Once Pierre “finished,” Anna alleged, he left the bathroom. Per the complaint, she then “fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor,” blacking out as “her vagina was in pain.” She claimed she could “barely stand up” following the assaults, to the point where someone had to help her into a car, which took her to the airport. Anna said she has a “limited” memory of getting back to Michigan. OMG. Our hearts just break for this poor woman.
In her filing, Anna included four photos that “were taken in the studio that night, leaving no doubt that Ms. Kane was in Mr. Combs’ New York City studio, with Mr. Combs, on the night she was raped.” See them HERE.
At this time, Diddy — who is currently in jail on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering — has not responded to the amended complaint. However, he previously denied the allegations on social media. He also filed to dismiss the suit, arguing the statute of limitations had lapsed and she didn’t have enough details to move forward. Hmm.
Per People, a judge did dismiss her allegations against Daddy’s House Recordings, Inc. and Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Judge Clarke determined the 2022 amendments to the Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law, which expanded liability to corporate defendants, did not apply to the alleged incidents that happened in 2003. That means her case removed corporate liability. It’s now just centered around her rape claims against Diddy, Pierre, and the third assailant. A pretrial conference has been set for January 9.
As we mentioned before, this is not the first time a Jane Doe has been forced to reveal her name, and we suspect Anna and Candice won’t be the last of the anonymous accusers to come forward with their identities as Diddy’s legal battles continue.
