Diddy turned my gig into drug-fuelled sex assault hell after I was lured with record deal promise, says aspiring rapper

AN aspiring musician said Sean "Diddy" Combs ruined his career after the music mogul allegedly raped and assaulted the man in an apparent drug-fuelled sex attack.

A new anonymous man has filed a lawsuit against the disgraced rapper, accusing Diddy, 55, and his company Bad Boy Entertainment of sexual battery and conspiracy.

This is the latest in a string of federal and civil actions taken against the locked up rapper, all of which he has denied.

Diddy's latest accuser claimed the music mogul destroyed an opportunity for the up-and-coming musician to accelerate his career.

John Doe claimed the rapper used a record deal promise to coerce the singer into sex.

This accuser claimed he encountered Diddy at a nightclub he performed at in Los Angeles in 2015, according to court documents seen by TMZ.

The accuser claimed Diddy and his crew showed up at the club with Ciroc bottles for the crowd.

The lawsuit alleged one of Diddy's crew told the aspiring rapper he could potentially land a deal with Bad Boy Records if he performed well that night.

John Doe claimed he was then invited to a VIP area in the nightclub where the music mogul and other "well-known" musicians were.

The accuser alleged he saw these celebrities taking drugs in the exclusive section.

This lawsuit then claimed John Doe started feeling lightheaded and blacked out after he drank something Diddy reportedly sent to him.

Despite this, the accuser claimed he came in and out of consciousness and remembered seeing people having sex around him.

The suit also claimed Diddy grabbed John Doe's genitals and performed oral sex on him.

This lawsuit also included an apparent image of a small container filed with GHB.

John Doe claimed he attempted to fight Diddy but alleged the star threatened to crush his career if he did.

The suit also claimed the disgraced rapper tried to force John Doe into having sex with a woman in the room.

This accuser said he managed to flee the scene by pretending he needed to use the bathroom.

The new lawsuit was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee on Monday.

Diddy's legal team has consistently denied the allegations put against the rapper.

His attorney's said: "Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.

Diddy's downfall

By The U.S. Sun's Senior Reporter Forrest McFarland, who has been reporting on Diddy's legal battles for years

BEFORE Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest in September, it was highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations - and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called "Freak Offs."

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Combs were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Combs was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs' mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his "Freak Off" supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Combs forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he's convicted on all counts.

"Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.

"In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone -- man or woman, adult or minor."

Tony Buzbee previously filed another lawsuit against Diddy and Jay Z in December 2024.

This civil suit accused the rapper of sexually assaulting an unidentified teen at an MTV VMA awards after-party in 2000.

Carter, 55, branded the case a “blackmail attempt” and alleged Buzbee had a “pattern of these type of theatrics”.

The attorney later said the lawsuit couldn’t be blackmail because “no one has made any threats”.

WAITING GAME

Diddy is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges - which he also denies.

The disgraced music star was rushed from the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center to Brooklyn Hospital around 10pm on Thursday, The Sun previously reported.

Doctors completed an MRI scan on Combs after he complained his "knee was bothering him", a source said.

Combs has had a long history of knee issues in the past which started after he ran the New York marathon.

After routine tests at the hospital he was then transported back to jail and marched to his cell, say the reports.
