Dina Manzo's Ex Tommy Receives "Maximum" Sentence for Stalking and Home Invasion Against RHONJ Alum, Plus Dina Reacts to LA Fires & Seemingly Blames "Politics"

Dina Manzo‘s ex-husband, Tommy Manzo, has been sentenced for a years-long stalking campaign and 2017 home invasion targeting the 52-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey alum and her now-husband, David Cantin.

Months after Tommy, 59, pleaded guilty to stalking and harassing Dina and Dave between 2015 and 2019, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced that while the home invasion robbery charges against Tommy were dismissed as part of his plea, he would be receiving the “maximum” sentence for two counts of stalking.

On January 10, NJ.com reported that Tommy “received the maximum 18-month prison sentence for each count on Wednesday” from Judge Joseph W. Oxley.

As RHONJ fans may recall, Tommy had already been sentenced to seven years behind bars for arranging a separate assault on Cantin in 2015.

According to the report, James Mainello, 57, who was tied to the home invasion, also pleaded guilty and received his own seven-year sentence for the May 2017 incident in Holmdel, New Jersey, which saw Dina and Dave being tied up and beaten as a number of attackers stole their belongings and cash.

Although Dina has not yet commented on her ex’s sentencing, she did share a couple of posts on her Instagram Story on Friday about the wildfires in Los Angeles.

“California you’re scary [as f*ck] sometimes but there’s no place I’d rather be … Once we get the ‘politics’ where they should be you’ll be even better,” she wrote in her first January 10 post.

Then, with a second, Dina continued, “My heart is aching for those who have lost things dear to them — family heirlooms, precious photos, these items hold so much loving energy and priceless memories. Posting them is incredibly painful. The grief is overwhelming.”

“For anyone who has been evacuated to Santa Barbara. I’m here to lend an ear and provide emotional support. Please feel free to reach out through friends or DM,” she advised. “Perhaps we can create a small circle for self-care and connections as you navigate this challenging time.”
