Combs, 54, is currently being held in a Brooklyn jail cell as he faces criminal charges for sex trafficking and racketeering.

Over 100 civil claims have been brought against the music mogul who continues to deny all charges against him.

Ever since he was first charged on on September 17, 2024, a number of concerning clips of Combs have appeared online.

Many involve him referencing his alcohol and drug fuelled parties which have come under scrutiny by investigators.

The latest footage to reappear shows the jailed rapper in a beige suit and a drink in hand at the VMAs award show in 2003.

A jovial Combs approaches child star Daveigh - who was aged 13 at the time - as she is doing an interview.

Combs starts to ask her about coming to an MTV party organised for later that evening.

The rapper takes a sip of his drink as he asks: "Are you coming to the after party tonight?"

Before breaking out into a loud and creepy laugh as Daveigh nods her head in response.

Combs then shouts out "yeah" as he walks away.

The musician had first spoke to Daveigh earlier in the night when he presented her with the best Best Villain award for her role in The Ring.

Daveigh came on stage to collect the trophy as Combs encouraged her to give her acceptance speech.

She was later photographed alongside Kutcher and Combs again at the VH1 Big In '03 event.

The Sun has reached out to Combs' representatives for comment.

Chase is yet to comment on the resurfaced footage and it is unclear if she even attended the party.

On Sunday, Combs was hit with seven new abuse allegations made by four men and three women.

One case accuses him of raping a 13-year-old girl as two other celebrities joined in at a VMAs afterparty in New York, according to court documents.

The alleged victim- identified only as "Jane Doe"- claims she was attacked after having one drink that left her feeling "woozy and lightheaded" at the house party in September 2000.

The now 37-year-old woman alleges she was raped by Diddy while the male and female celebrities watched.

She claimed Diddy tried to force her to perform oral sex, but she fought him off before grabbing her clothes and leaving the bedroom, "roaming naked through the house looking for the exit."

The alleged incident is said to have taken place in 2000.

Another fresh claim in the lawsuit alleges that Combs laced baby oil used at his 'Freak Off' parties with a date rape drug.

The suit claims Combs was known for dosing his guests with the date-rape drug GHB, mixing it in drinks and body oils, the New York Daily News reported.

Another new accuser has alleged that he was abused as a 17-year-old aspiring artist at a party with Combs.

The pair were at a Manhattan hotel penthouse in 2022 when Combs told him that "he could make him a star", say court files.

The complainant alleged that Combs drugged him with a drink he handed him when he arrived.

Combs is then accused of grabbing the underage boy's hand and forcing him to lay down in a bedroom full of several other people, according to the court docs.

He then allegedly molested the teen’s genitals “for an extended period of time" trying to get him aroused.

The former Bad Boys Record producer has reportedly now demanded to know the names of his alleged victims.

Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn's notorious Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail on multiple occasions.

He posted on Instagram for the first time since he was arrested and slammed with sex trafficking charges to wish his two-year-old daughter Love a happy birthday.

With his six children releasing a joint statement defending their dad and blasting "conspiracy theories" against him today.

They vowed to "hold onto the truth" and stay united as Combs faces a trial next year.

The statement added: "Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media."

Combs' trial date for the criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering has been set for May 5 next year.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges with one of his lawyers Erica Wolff saying the claims are "false and defamatory".

Diddy's downfall

By Forest McFarland, Senior News Reporter

BEFORE Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest on Monday night, it had been highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations - and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called "Freak Offs."

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Diddy were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Diddy was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Diddy was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Diddy chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Diddy's mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his "Freak Off" supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Diddy also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Diddy forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he's convicted on all counts.
