Donna Kelce's festive wardrobe honors sons Jason and Travis and Taylor Swift

Costume designer Keith Nielsen revealed that Donna's outfits were a mix of her own closet staples and custom pieces designed specifically for the movie. True to form, the wardrobe includes subtle Easter eggs that highlight her dual role as a proud mom and a Kansas City Chiefs enthusiast.

One standout piece is the iconic half-and-half jersey that Donna famously wore to support Travis and Jason during last year's Super Bowl. Nielsen also created a custom necklace for Donna featuring the initials "J" and "T," symbolizing her sons Jason and Travis.

A wardrobe full of meaning

"She's all about the bling," Nielsen explained. "That necklace is something special it's subtle but deeply personal."

Fans of Swift also took notice of a bracelet Donna sports in the film. The piece, inspired by Taylor Swift's Tortured Poets Department, was spotted on her during filming and has become a favorite accessory of hers in real life.

Sparkling sneakers and Chiefs pride

No Kansas City-themed film would be complete without a nod to The Wizard of Oz. For Donna's wardrobe, Nielsen designed custom red sparkly sneakers, which, while understated on-screen, are a fun tribute to Kansas' connection to the classic film.

Donna also sports a signed No. 87 Chiefs jersey, honoring Travis, and a stylish black sweater for a more festive vibe. Nielsen noted that while much of Donna's authentic Chiefs gear made it into the movie, he wanted to add touches that elevated her character's on-screen presence.
