Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has granted the wishes of some very special kids.

The Moana 2 star took his two young daughters, Jasmine and Tiana, to help grant some wishes with Make-A-Wish America.

"I do my best to never get emotional in these moments, but I do get very emo watching this stuff back," he captioned an Instagram post, sharing a sweet video of him and his daughters meeting the kids and their families.

"We flew these kids & the families out to Hawaii as my special guests to our MOANA 2 world premiere," he continued.

"What a beautiful day meeting these kids. Their strength and resilience inspires EVERYONE around them - including me.

"To all their moms, dads & siblings who I met - I feel it in every hug and handshake. I know. Stay strong," Johnson added.

"Best part of fame and God bless you all."

Johnson and his daughters met five kids, one of whom he shares the same birthday with.

After asking the 15-year-old how old he was, Johnson laughed, replying, "Man, I was 15 like 800 years ago."

The Jumanji star took the time to chat and get to know each of the kids, with several families describing Johnson as an "inspiration" to their child while they were undergoing treatment.

One young boy even showed off his Moana themed shirt which featured a pictured of Johnson's character Maui.

"I love that," the actor said, before being handed a giftbox containing a necklace of Maui's hook which the young boy made himself from clay.

After chatting with the kids and their families, Johnson took them all to the premiere of the highly anticipated film, taking a group photo with everyone in front of a poster for the film.

As they took the picture, one of the young boys turned to Johnson and told him, "This is probably going to be the best day of my life."
