Years after the death of her ex-fiancée, Elizabeth Hurley still has a strong bond with Shane Warne's three kids.

Liz and her son Damian Hurley, 22, caught up with Brooke Warne, 27, Jackson Warne, 25, and Summer Warne, 23, at Oaks Day.

"Today deserves a double upload," Brooke wrote as she proudly shared a shot on social media.

When Damian gatecrashed a clip on Brooke's Instagram Stories, the 27-year-old giggled with delight and captioned the short clip with affection for the British model.

"Baby brother, missed you," she wrote.

There was also a photo together of Brooke with her almost step-mum, Liz.

The 59-year-old actress and model was together with Australian cricketer Shane from 2010 to 2013, and they got engaged in 2011.

The couple made appearances together at race days, including Royal Ascot in the UK and the 2011 Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Warne died suddenly in March 2022, at the age of 52, after a heart attack while on holiday in Thailand.

It's been a week of remembering the Aussie icon, with Coldplay dedicating the song Sparks, from their 2000 album Parachutes, to his memory during their Melbourne concert.
