Elon Musk Handed Loss as Voter Lottery Lawsuit Sent Back to State Court

1 month ago 2

A federal judge on Friday handed Elon Musk a loss by sending a lawsuit over the billionaire's $1 million-a-day voter sweepstakes back to state court in Pennsylvania.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, who filed the lawsuit, wanted to keep the legal fight in his state, but Musk had argued that the case should be heard in federal court because it involves claims of federal election interference.

This is a developing story and will be updated when more information becomes available.
