As well as being worn on the I’m a Celeb campmates every year, the boots are also in partnership with the Duke of Edinburgh Awards (DofE) as the recommended kit supplier for expedition walking boots thanks to how practical and comfortable they are.

They have a lightweight leather upper, which not only makes them durable and hardwearing but also comfortable and flexible to wear. The Hi-Tec Women's Eurotrek Lite Walking Boots have also been treated with a Dri-Tec waterproof and breathable membrane, which helps keep your feet dry even in torrential downpours.

To help give extra comfort to your feet, they feature a moulded insole and compression moulded EVA midsole, which gives you plenty of cushioning to protect your feet during long walks. The outsole has a hardwearing multi-direction traction rubber design, which gives you plenty of grip and traction on all kinds of surfaces and terrain.

The women’s version comes in sizes 4-8, whilst the men’s boots are available in sizes 7 to 16. They’ve also been getting rave reviews on Amazon, with one shopper writing: “Really happy with these boots. Great quality for the price. Very comfortable first time out and no blisters. They also seem to be very waterproof although that aspect hasn't been fully tested yet.”

Another said: “Light weight. Comfy. Really waterproof. Will see how long they will last,” whilst a third added: “Great black leather hiking boots - Easy to clean and polish. Comfortable on first walk, always buy 1 size bigger for hiking boots.”

However someone else wrote: “I bought these to replace an identical pair that had lasted a couple of years. Within 6 months the soles have worn through (the knobbly grips seem to be hollow), and the leather is peeling & cracking.”

Whilst another chimed in: “Used daily from December 18th till March 9th when the tread wore out and holes appear in the sole. Was a very comfortable shoe. Just wish the lasted longer.”

You can also currently save more than 50% on the boots over at Go Outdoors. Tthe boots are now discounted to £70 as part of the retailer’s early Black Friday deals, with both the women’s and men’s version of the boots available at the discounted price.

Meanwhile Mountain Warehouse also has a massive Black Friday sale on which sees some of its walking boots slashed by up to 57% from £69.99 to £29.99, making it a great place grab a bargain.
