Sister Wives season 17 saw Christine Brown telling her ex-husband, Kody Brown, how her “heart had been shattered enough.” She was convinced he said he didn’t want any “intimacy” in their marriage, but Kody was adamant he didn’t say those exact words, he simply “shrugged his shoulders at her.”

These days, Christine and Kody’s relationship is totally different from when they first appeared on Sister Wives. They had a lot of highs and lows, but ultimately, Christine opted out of polygamy and the two announced their split three years ago. Now, people are seeing a whole new Christine. She’s trying on wedding dresses in season 19 – and some comments during her dress try-on are giving her kids more of a glimpse into her “intimate” life than they’d want to know about.

Sister Wives’ Christine was ’embarrassed’ by Kody

During Sister Wives season 17, Christine tells the cameras how she feels “embarrassed” that her then-husband, Kody, “wasn’t attracted to her.”

The former sister wife said she’d gotten to a point where Kody’s “presence gave her anxiety.”

The two sat down to talk through their issues with Christine telling Kody: “I cant have a marriage that’s not an intimate marriage, that’s not fair.”

In the end, things didn’t work out between the two. But, nowadays, Christine is loved up with a new hubby – David Woolley.

The evolution of Christine

The Christine people are seeing in Sister Wives season 19 is worlds apart from season 17 Christine.

After splitting from Kody, Christine went on to find love again. David is introduced to viewers during season 18 and more scenes of the two tying the knot are seen in season 19.

Their super cute love story saw them date for 10 months before opting to walk down the aisle.

David said he was “so excited” to marry Christine, and “have her be his wife.”

Admitting how she “stalked” David online, Christine said she found his profile on social media and thought he was “awesome.”

The two met up and Christine’s “aggression” was something David mentioned. She smiles in a confessional over the comment and adds how she “knows what she wants.”

As Christine gears up for her wedding in season 19, it looks like her outspoken nature has been passed on to her kids.

During an exclusive clip from E! of the wedding dress try-on, Mykelti Padron says: “Your vagina looks really nice,” pointing out an area of lace on one of her mom’s potential frocks for the big day.

“We weren’t sure where it was, but now we are,” she adds.

The TLC star concludes: “OK, I’m not wearing this dress,” before adding how it’s “a little beyond her comfort level.”

She continues: “We would not want that…” before David’s daughter, Kati, chimes in with: “I think my dad would.”

More family members hop on the joke saying: “He can find it without that… it’s like an arrow.”

It looks like intimacy is no issue for Christine these days as she says: “He’s fine,” as someone else adds: “That’s TMI.”

Speaking on the show, Christine said how her first wedding to Kody was “very private” adding how it was a “spiritual union” and “very small.”

She was Kody’s third wife and said: “There was no dancing or cake cutting. It wasn’t a party.”

“I didn’t glow on my wedding day with Kody, it was hard,” added Christine.

Despite plugging their ears at any more NSFW details, her kids were glad to see David is totally “obsessed” with their mom.

They add how they think she deserves to have the big day she always wanted.
