Fatboy Slim has lashed out at Oasis star Liam and Noel Gallagher for the chaos that was caused by their 2025 tour ticket sales.
Fans of '90s Britpop were thrilled earlier this year when famously contentious brother Liam, 52, and Noel, 57, revealed that hell had frozen over and they had agreed to reform Oasis for a world tour after explosively falling out in 2009 and vowing never to perform again.
But joy turned to fury for many fans when it came to trying to buy tickets to the tour in September as the boys employed a controversial dynamic ticketing price system for their sales - causing the cost of the tickets to skyrocket while fans were trapped in virtual queues trying to buy them.
Now Fatboy Slim - aka 61-year-old dance music icon Norman Cook - has slammed the Gallagher brothers for allowing the ticket prices to escalate so unfairly. He has argued that the band have fleeced their own fanbase and accused them of "ripping off" their devoted followers.

He also despaired over the fact that ticket prices have become so routinely expensive - as many music fans will know tickets to gigs can easily cost close to £100, with the likes of Taylor Swift shocking audiences over the past two years with tickets to her tour costing many hundreds.
Addressing the Oasis reunion, Fatboy Slim told The Sun: “The only problem I have got is with scalping the fans. That dynamic pricing, that is ripping off the fans. It is like auctioning tickets because you know they are doing well. It is bad enough with the touts doing it, but the actual promoter and band doing it, it is sick.
"As far as I know, it has never happened on my watch. I get a say on making tickets, on the whole, cheap. I always say, ‘Let’s have a fair price’. Ticket prices are so exorbitant. It is just profit for people who are very, very rich already — and that is for the bands and the promoters."
He went on to describe the hiking in price as unjustifiable - and also went on to speculate that Oasis had reunited because the Gallagher brothers were running out of money. The DJ could land himself in trouble with his comments as Liam has been known to bite back at fans on social media who have accused him and his brother of reforming purely because they are running low on cash.
Fans struck a nerve when they speculated the members of Oasis were "skint" on social media, with Liam lashing back at them on X to tell them to "shut up" and raging: "Your attitude stinks".
