Film star 'making out with daughter's celebrity crush' on screen isn't sitting right

The couple make time for each other whenever their jam-packed schedules allow, and now it’s claimed a third wheel may be making a debut as his co-star’s daughter has a big ‘crush’ on him, says a source.

Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend is on many crush lists, as Timothée Chalamet’s co-star, Gwyneth Paltrow, is aware her daughter fancies him. Timothee and Gwyneth play love interests in Marty Supreme.

Gwyneth’s daughter, Apple Martin, has a major crush on her mom’s co-star, apparently. It was actually Martin who convinced her mother to take on the movie role, as she’s been focused on her firm, Goop over the past several years.

A source told Daily Mail a few weeks ago: “As soon as Gwyneth told Apple that Timothée is not only a producer, but also the lead actor, she pleaded with her mom to accept.”

“After reading it and loving it, despite having no major wish to act right now, she was convinced by Apple, who intends to be on set as much as possible,” they added.

“She shares her daughter’s opinion that Timothée is a super talented guy with heaps of charisma,” the first source said. “She loves that he has a New York background and comes from great stock.”

“Even though her kids are older she still loves to be as much a part of their social life as possible, and it doesn’t seem to occur to her that this is all a little bit insensitive given Timothée has a girlfriend.”

Now, Gwyneth is now hoping to set up Chalamet with her 20-year-old daughter so they can ‘hang’ out. A source said, “It thrills her to no end, Apple’s comfortable enough to reveal who she’s got a crush on.”

“She has the power to make this happen. She’s not trying to matchmake, but prides herself on making her kids dreams come true, and thinks it’ll be great for everyone to hang,” a source told Life & Style.

They added, “That’s Gwyneth for you. She’s always meddling without much thought to the consequences.” It comes as reports claim Kylie is pushing for a baby with her beau.

A Reddit thread has been launched, discussing the weirdness of a girl’s mother kissing her crush. Many totally understand that it’s simply a movie, but others are looking into the whole ordeal much closer.

A fan wrote, “What teenage girl wouldn’t want to see her mother making out with her celebrity crush? What a dream come true!” Another said they’d be “mad” if Gwyneth was their mom and spilled secrets.

Another penned on the thread, “These people need to learn boundaries. No one wants to see their 50 something year old mother make out with their 28-year-old crush.”
