The Atlanta Braves awoke from their offseason slumber by adding a major piece to their 2025 roster, reportedly agreeing to terms with free agent Jurickson Profar.
According to multiple reports, Profar will head to the National League East after a career year with the San Diego Padres in 2024. Robert Murray of FanSided was first to report the two sides were in agreement.
Profar, 31, hit .280 for the Padres, who took the Los Angeles Dodgers to Game 5 of the National League Division Series after winning 93 games in the regular season.
