Galaxy S25: Everything We Know About Samsung’s Upcoming Flagship

Samsung is planning to unveil its next flagship Galaxy S25 series early next year. The tech giant could unveil S25 in its Galaxy Unpacked event in January, 2025. The Samsung Galaxy S25 may include Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and Galaxy S25 Slim. The series would be the next competition to Google’s Pixel 9 series and iPhone 16 series.

Here’s what we know so far about the Samsung Galaxy S25 series:

The South Korean tech giant could announce the Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and Galaxy S25 Slim globally on January 22 at its Galaxy Unpacked event. As per rumors, the flagship S25 Ultra will be powered by the latest launched Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.  To recall, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset is equipped with several AI features, including AI powered camera photography, AI-enhanced connectivity, and many others. This means, the upcoming Galaxy S25 series will be a power-packed smartphone will full of AI features.

The company has not yet revealed any features and price of the Galaxy S25 series, but as per reports, iot could be launched with the same price range as Galaxy S24 in India. However, S24 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and if reports are to be believed the Galaxy S25 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset; Which means Samsung could increase the price of the Galxy S25 series.

The handset is expected to offer 200MP rear camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera and two telephoto lenses with 3x and 10x optical zoom. The front camera on the Samsung Galaxy S25 is expected to be 12 megapixels, similar to the Galaxy S24. Additionally, the company could also offer 100x Space Zoom feature that allows users to take detailed photos from a distance.

As far as display is concerned, it might come with 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
